DBAD Productions Limited was formed out of a collaboration between a number of very experienced event site managers who had worked together for over 20 years on large festival shows, film TV & theatre, festive winter experiences and one-off special events.
Collectively we considered that there was a much more efficient and sustainable way to manage sites and we also wanted to be able to form a core of reliable, experienced and skilled crew.
What we do
Event Site Management
Site Visits, Build, Break, Show days - we can cover all your site management requirements. We have a wide range of experience from running sites both large and small, indoor and outdoor, urban and rural.
We provide experienced site managers and crew for festivals, events, film & TV locations, sporting and special events.
We pride ourselves on running efficient, safe sites for our clients, leaving you free to concentrate on creative content whilst we keep the machinery behind the show well oiled and smooth running.
Technical Crew
Plant Operators, Set Builders, Riggers, Production Carpenters, Plumbers, Power Technicians, Stage Technicians - We have a wide range of skilled people to help you achieve your goals efficiently and safely.
Event Planning
We can advise on the design of your site layout, source trusted suppliers and contractors and make an achievable and realistic production schedule for you.
We have qualified Health & Safety experts who can help you put together safety management plans, risk assessments and method statements and supervise hazardous activities for you.
Logistics & Infrastructure
We specialise in managing site logistics - ensuring that your essential infrastructure gets in the right place at the right time, with the minimum of hassle.
We have extensive experience of working on a wide range of challenging sites and sites with difficult access.
Sustainability
We are experts in sustainability. We have been involved with managing a completely solar powered area of Glastonbury Festival for over 20 years, have run sites both small and large on renewable energy and achieved zero waste and >90% recycling on our sites.
Our partner organisations Hope Solutions and ZAP Concepts can provide comprehensive sustainability management services and advice, and we have close relationships with sustainable suppliers for recycling & waste management, power, reusables and ethical/sustainable products.
Events & Festivals
Large events are a specialism of ours - our team have worked on some of the largest festivals in the world and we work equally well providing a full service solution to cover all of your site management and logistics needs or working as part of your wider team.
We also love working on small intimate events and helping you create and maintain that special place for your visitors.
Film & TV
Members of our team have managed location builds for high profile film & TV productions and have close links with some of the best set builders, facilities suppliers and production houses
We can supply skilled technical crew for your production or manage and maintain the whole site for you

In the winter we have worked on a wide range of festive events such as Christmas markets, light trails, ice rinks and temporary theatre & cabaret venues
